Jilievo Terms and Conditions –
Rules for Pakistan Players

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Jilievo ("Jilievo", "we", "us", "the Platform") and govern all access to and use of the Jilievo platform, including but not limited to sports betting on Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports, Live Casino games including Baccarat, Teen Patti and Roulette, Fish Games, video slots and any other product or service made available through the Jilievo website at jilievo.ad.

By registering an account on Jilievo, depositing funds, placing a bet or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Jilievo platform, including registered account holders, players participating in promotions and anyone browsing the site. They are in addition to any product-specific rules — such as betting rules, game rules or bonus terms — that may be published separately on the platform.

Jilievo reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To use Jilievo you must register a personal account. One account per person is permitted. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

To be eligible to register and use a Jilievo account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not already hold an active or previously suspended account on Jilievo.
• Not be acting as an agent or representative of any other person for the purposes of betting or gaming.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Jilievo may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays until verification is completed.

Jilievo does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where access to online betting and gaming platforms is prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of Jilievo is lawful in your location before registering.

3Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Jilievo account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account for any reason.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify Jilievo support immediately. Jilievo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurred prior to your notification to us.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Jilievo account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Do not log in to your account from shared, public or unsecured devices.
• Log out of your account when you have finished your session, particularly on shared devices.
• Never share your account credentials with friends, family members or third parties under any circumstances.

Any activity carried out through your Jilievo account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. Jilievo treats all instructions and transactions that originate from a registered account as authorised by the account holder unless we have been notified otherwise in advance.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on Jilievo are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Jilievo does not apply currency conversion charges, and there are no hidden fees deducted from PKR deposits or withdrawal amounts processed through supported payment methods.

Jilievo currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash – Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet, available for instant PKR deposits and withdrawals.
• Easypaisa – Fully supported for PKR deposits and payouts direct to your Easypaisa account.
• Raast – Pakistan's national interbank instant payment system, available for direct PKR transfers.
• Bank Transfer – Standard transfers to and from major Pakistan banks are supported.
• Debit and Credit Cards – Select card payments are accepted for deposits subject to your bank's approval.
• Mobile Wallets – Additional supported mobile wallets as listed in your account payment section.

Deposit funds are credited to your Jilievo wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but Jilievo aims to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification checks and will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where applicable.

Jilievo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed identity verification or where a withdrawal request is of an unusually large amount. Funds cannot be withdrawn where there is an active investigation into the account or a pending bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Jilievo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, PSL season specials and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general rules apply to all Jilievo bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance or free bet credits and cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements apply only to eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Staking bonus funds on ineligible games — or placing bets that Jilievo determines are designed to reduce risk rather than constitute genuine play — may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• Each bonus offer is available to one eligible account per household, device and IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Jilievo reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. This will not affect bonuses already credited to eligible accounts except in cases of abuse or breach of these Terms.

6Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Jilievo — including Cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, Football, Esports and any other available markets — are subject to the betting rules published in the relevant sport or market section of the platform, as well as the general rules set out here.

A bet is considered accepted only when Jilievo confirms receipt and the bet appears in your account's bet history with a confirmed reference number. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed, Jilievo reserves the right to void affected bets at its discretion.

• In-play betting odds are subject to continuous change and suspension. A bet submitted during in-play is not confirmed until accepted by the platform — which may occur at updated odds depending on market conditions at the time of acceptance.
• Jilievo reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict markets or refuse bets on specific events without prior notice in individual cases.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that specific sport or market.
• PSL and other Cricket bets that involve rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments or match abandonment will be settled according to the official match result and the applicable Cricket betting rules.
• Esports bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. Jilievo does not accept liability for results based on unofficial or disputed outcomes.

All bet settlement decisions made by Jilievo are final unless an error is demonstrated. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with Jilievo support within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7Casino, Fish Games & Slots

Live Casino games — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette and Blackjack — are provided through third-party game studios operating on the Jilievo platform. Fish Games and video slot titles are similarly provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. All games are subject to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for slot and Fish Game titles is determined by the game provider and reflects the theoretical long-term payout percentage over a very large number of rounds. RTP figures do not represent guaranteed returns to individual players in any given session.

• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino hand or Fish Game session, the outcome will be determined by the game's system state at the moment of disconnection. Jilievo is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.
• Any malfunction of a game — whether a visual error, incorrect payout display or software fault — voids the affected game round. Jilievo will void the relevant wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Playing strategies that exploit game mechanics, software bugs or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

Jilievo makes no representations regarding the skill element of any game. All outcomes in slot and Fish Game titles are determined by certified random number generation processes. Players should be aware that no strategy guarantees a positive outcome in any game of chance.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Jilievo. Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be subject to immediate suspension, account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account for any individual person.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets or access the platform.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Placing bets in a pattern designed to guarantee a return regardless of outcome — including through coordinated play across multiple accounts.
• Making deposits and withdrawal requests without genuine gaming activity — commonly referred to as "money cycling" or payment processing through a betting platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other tools to misrepresent your location or circumvent any platform restriction.
• Any conduct that Jilievo reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering or financial crime.

9Responsible Gaming

Jilievo is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Betting and casino games on Jilievo are intended as a form of adult entertainment and should always be enjoyed within your personal financial means. Jilievo provides a set of tools that allow you to manage your own gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR amount that can be deposited within a daily or weekly period. Once the limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a chosen period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break and review your activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of your chosen duration. During the exclusion period your account is locked for all betting and casino activity. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.

You are responsible for managing your own gaming activity responsibly. Jilievo's responsible gaming tools are aids to self-management and should not be relied upon as the sole means of controlling problem gambling behaviour. If you feel that your gaming is causing you financial, emotional or personal difficulties, we encourage you to seek independent support and to use the self-exclusion option on Jilievo immediately.

The Jilievo platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Jilievo may request age verification documentation at any time and will close any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18, with any remaining balance returned to the payment source where possible.

10Privacy & Data

Jilievo collects, processes and stores personal data as part of providing the platform's services — including registration, identity verification, payment processing and customer support. The full details of how your personal data is handled are set out in the Jilievo Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By using Jilievo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account and platform updates.
• Jilievo does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors — including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast — as necessary to process your transactions.
• Jilievo retains account data for a period after account closure as required for security, fraud prevention and record-keeping purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data Jilievo holds about you and to request corrections where data is inaccurate. Please contact Jilievo support for data-related requests.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilievo's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — including any losses arising from betting, gaming, technical faults, data issues or service interruptions — is limited to the amount of funds held in your Jilievo account at the time the relevant issue arose.

Jilievo is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, betting winnings or anticipated returns that you believe you would have achieved.
• Technical failures, service interruptions or downtime affecting your ability to place bets or access games, where such failures are outside Jilievo's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account prior to notification to Jilievo.
• The content, accuracy or availability of any third-party information — including sports data, live scores or event results — displayed on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Jilievo's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

12Changes to These Terms

Jilievo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Jilievo will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or sending an account notification. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. By continuing to use Jilievo after updated Terms have been published, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept changes to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting Jilievo support.
